In the food law the characteristics of this right of children are defined, the food law, which is very personal and that is intended to guarantee the child's life.
Therefore it is also considered a right that is inalienable and intransigible , since there is no room for food transactions because it would mean a waiver of them, when life is to be protected.
In public law , as in the matter of mediation, the only possible conflicts to be reconciled are those that are waivable or transigible. That is to say that an intransigible matter cannot be subject to mediation for the resolution of the dispute, since the voluntary and extrajudicial agreement that is reached with the intervention of the neutral figure of the mediator, must end the conflict as long as it is transigible matter.
