Aptitude, which derives from the Latin aptus (capable of), is a term that refers to knowledge or ability to develop a certain activity .Aptitude is the sum of conditions or skills that are suitable for someone for a certain function.
Fitness should not be confused with attitude , since fitness refers to skills and abilities, while attitude is related with the will or predisposition for a certain activity.
The attitude is the way in which the subject faces the activities , his behavior before them beyond his conditions or aptitudes.The person may have great aptitudes for the sport but little attitude or disinterest to him.
The attitude has to do with character and motivation.A sports competition is won with attitude, which is what drives you to train, to perform with passion.
In psychology, fitness implies cognitive ability, emotional skills and personality, whether innate or acquired in the learning process.
Education develops talents and aptitudes that are constitutive of the identity of the person, but that are stimulated in the teaching-learning process.
For example the capacity for analysis, inventiveness, deductive reasoning, logical thinking, verbal comprehension, abstract thinking, inductive reasoning, written expression among others.
Each human being has different aptitudes that enable him for different activities, making him someone more apt or less suitable for a certain task.In the differences that make each one a unique and unrepeatable being the true wealth of human diversity.
Skills can be considered potentials to develop under the influence of the environment.If an innate athlete, if he does not develop his fitness with training, he can be a bad athlete.And conversely, someone with Poor innate fitness can improve your condition with practice and be a successful athlete.
