Fiery concept - Definition
The fiery word is made up of the following terms of Latin origin: the noun "focus" which means "fire", plus the suffix of abundance, "bear." The fiery thing is that which has a lot of fire, which is ardent and burning, what can be used in a literal sense or, what is more common, metaphorical, to refer to human feelings or behaviors or certain higher animals when they are very passionate, vivacious and demonstrative.
The fiery is the opposite of the calm, meek, relaxed and prudent, being like a burning flame that consumes and devours everything, being able to be attractive at first, but in general, in the long run, it is overwhelming.It can be applied to words, ideas, or any attitude, it is often used to refer to demonstrations of love.They are used as synonyms for fiery, adjectives, vehement and impetuous.
Examples: “ My puppy is very fiery, when I get home he receives me with jumps, kisses and does not stop moving his tail ”,“ In a fiery speech the politician managed to capture the attention of the entire audience, because he gave a dramatic dye and used a high and vibrant tone of voice ”,“ My cousin is so fiery that when he argues, he gets angry and screams a lot ”,“ The fiery woman wanted to attract the attention of the gentleman, and kept giving her somewhat provocative demonstrations of affection.”
Fiery personalities are impulsive and risky, which in many cases is good because it allows them to realize dreams and cause changes in their lives and those of others, but sometimes they can be reckless.
An example of a person of fiery ideas, was the French revolutionary, Maximilien Robespierre (1758-1794) one of the most representative leaders of the French Revolution, whose passion for the cause, made him inaugurate the "Reign of Terror" in France, where he persecuted and murdered many opponents of his political ideas, including moderate revolutionaries or those he considered to be betraying him.
