What are Mission and vision:
Mission and vision are defined by a company or institution in order to facilitate the construction and coherence of strategic objectives and policies implemented .
In business administration, we can define the mission as the purpose of the company .The mission of a company usually begins with an infinitive verb such as manufacturing, create, design, train, transport, educate, etc.
The mission limits the general guidelines of the company and its rationale.Strategic objectives should be placed under the umbrella of the mission and not deviate from it.

An example of a business mission is: “Manufacture and commercialize sportswear nationally and internationally.Offer high quality products to our customers, to so meet your needs through greater quality and comfort.”

The vision is the goal, the ideal or the dream you want to reach .The vision encourages policies and objectives set to help the company or institution to get closer and closer to the vision.
The vision must reflect a long-term objective so that there is a consistency in the company's journey.When the goal is reached, the vision must be redefined to reform policies and strategic guidelines for a new level.
An example of vision would be the following: “Leading in the national market in the field of technical training for the development of employability and the competitiveness of productive units.”
