Many times, a physical or mental lack implies the existence of a need .That is to say, the needs are those situations in which the human being feels the lack or deprivation of something.When the level of lack is very intense, it becomes necessity.


In the medicine , the lack is the lack of certain substances in the food ration , especially vitamins.This type of deficiency can appear with a neglected diet (fast food , irregularity of schedules, etc.), when practicing an unbalanced diet in certain types of foods, for the poor preservation or cooking of foods, for the consumption of certain steroids or even for the consumption of harmful products such as tobacco, alcohol or other drugs, for example.
