The importance of planning when teaching
It is important to point out that planning is one of the fundamental tools in the organization of teaching work, as it allows establishing the objectives to be achieved when applying the activities that have been designed for the student (s).of a good educational planning is an integral development and an effective diffusion of functional learning so that each child can face their future life.
To make a correct organization of work it is necessary to devote time for the students' understanding, what are their qualities, how they approach education, what activities could favor an effective learning performance, etc.
Some teachers for fear of being spontaneous or interesting at the time of imparting their knowledge, tend to mix their speeches in real time, without paying attention to the program and forgetting to consider the objectives of each class; in this way they end up offering a disorderly and deficient education that only leads to students becoming confused and unable to understand the essentials of the subject they are learning.
If you take into account that the objective of planning is to be able to decide in advance the future you want to reach, to put into practice a balanced and organized teaching, we can say that a teacher who does not organize based on a planning will offer an extremely ineffective education, that will sow more doubts than answers in the students.
To be put into practice, educational planning is helped by didactics; that is to say, of the set of techniques that are used in teaching (based on a series of principles and procedures applicable in any discipline). This branch of pedagogy not only cares about analyzing what will be taught but, and more carefully , about how it will be taught.
The presence of didactics in educational planning is fundamental because it helps to understand that the content offered will be as important as the medium in which it will be taught; students and the environment in which their lives are developed, both physical and emotional, cultural and social are analyzed. Thanks to didactics, the teacher can properly perform their work, making learning efficient.
